Booking Terms & Conditions For :-

A Booking Form and securing deposit must be completed and we will acknowledge receipt of same. Bookings require a deposit of £150 per week being booked. The balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday commences. Payments to be made by cheque payable to “Happy Days”; sorry we do not ordinarily accept credit cards. Payments to be posted to Amanda Dumbleton, 6 College Side, The Park, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 2EU. We recommend that you personally arrange travel insurance. Bookings made less than 4 weeks before commencement of the holiday require full payment.  A single set of keys (additional set on request) will be sent by registered ahead of your holiday. Once a booking has been confirmed we will charge an administration fee of £50 for cancellations and we will use our best endeavours to secure another booking. If, however, we are unable to do so then the full hire charge becomes due for payment 4 weeks before your holiday was due to commence and the £50 cancellation charge is refunded. If due to any occurrence beyond our control the accommodation is unavailable as booked e.g. fire, flood etc, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full but there will be no further liability towards the hirer.

A security deposit of £150 is payable together with the balance, this is refundable within 4 weeks of the end of the holiday, subject to the tenant agreeing to keep and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state, ensuring the dishwasher, washing machine, and sink are emptied of pots and dishes, returning all furniture to the place where it was found on entry, agreeing to pay for all breakages and damages, agreeing not to cause a nuisance to neighbours, agreeing to abide by the rules of any Lyonesse Apartments Management Committee, agreeing to allow the owner or agent reasonable access - failure to abide by these conditions may result in the loss of the security deposit. We are provided with a report from the housekeeper at the end of each booking and will look to resolve any detailed issues after contacting the tenant. Accommodation is for a maximum number of 6 people to include a maximum of 4 adults.  No other guests may occupy the accommodation other then those stated at the time of booking and the Booking Form must be completed by the Lead adult who must be aged 21 or over. The Booking Form must be signed by the Lead Adult and the signature confirms agreement to the Booking Terms and Conditions by all those named on the Booking Form. No all male/all female parties of 3 or more allowed without prior agreement by the owner. No children under the age of 4 allowed without prior agreement of the owner. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in the apartment. All fixture and fittings remain the property of the owner and must not be taken away from the property. The property must be vacated by outgoing guests by 10.00am on day of departure. In order that the property can be cleaned, beds made up etc, Incoming guests may have access after 3.00pm on day of arrival (unless by prior arrangement). Fresh bed linen and bath/hand & kitchen towels are provided for use in the apartment only. Beach towels are not provided.  A welcome pack is provided to include such items as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, toilet rolls, Cornish biscuits, wine & fresh fruit. Contents may vary.
All electricity, gas, water costs inclusive.
